1. About BounceGuide

BounceGuide (bounceguide.xyz) is a free web tool that lets mix and mastering engineers generate PDF file submission guides for their clients. The service is operated by Brik in Canottiera ("we", "us").

2. Acceptance of terms

By using BounceGuide you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Use of the service

BounceGuide is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may use the generated PDFs for your professional activity without restriction. You may not attempt to disrupt, overload or abuse the service, nor attempt to access restricted areas such as the admin panel.

4. Your content

All information you enter in the form (name, email, logo, requirements) is processed entirely in your browser. The PDF is generated locally on your device. We do not receive, store or have access to the content of your guides. Your data is saved only in your browser's local storage and you can delete it at any time using the "Start over" button or by clearing your browser data.

5. Intellectual property

The BounceGuide name, logo and the design of the service are property of Brik in Canottiera. The content of the PDFs you generate belongs to you. The default DAW instructions and checklist templates may be used freely within the generated guides.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

BounceGuide is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the generated guides are suitable for any particular purpose. The technical instructions included in the guides are provided in good faith but we are not responsible for any outcome resulting from their use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brik in Canottiera shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to the service and these terms

We may modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms of Use from time to time; the current version will always be available on this page.
